about

Shelby Cinca is Loki & The Improbable Solution

Originally released only Track 1 (33 Degrees) as a 1-sided 1 track 7" pressed on Jonas Blank Records (JB#006 - Montgomeryville, PA) in 1998 (Edition of 100).

Other tracks are basement 4-track cassette explorations made around the same time. Some of the demos (8-10, 13) from these recordings became tracks by The Cassettes which can also be found in the expanded edition of The Cassettes "self-titled" album: thecassettes.bandcamp.com/album/s-t-remastered and the first Cassettes 7" thecassettes.bandcamp.com/album/early-7s

These recordings are presented as is with all their rough edges and 90s zits as a document of the time. Inspired by the Elephant 6 Collective. Artwork inspired by Tedd Magsig.
